Hannah Davis Dating Derek Jeter? Ralph Lauren Model Spotted With New York Yankees Shortstop [PHOTOS]

After a ton of tumultuous, high-profile relationships in the past, Derek Jeter may be dating a new girlfriend named Hannah Davis after the Ralph Lauren model was spotted with the New York Yankees shortstop on Monday night.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, 38-year-old Jeter and 22-year-old Davis were out together on Monday night at the Double Seven for the last Avenue A Soundcheck

"They were flirting, having a great time, and were sitting close together," a source told the New York Post.

Jeter and Davis reportedly were catching a performance by Jenny Bapst with DJs Nima Yamini and Whoo Kid spinning at the Meatpacking district of New York hot spot.

Another source said Jeter had left alone but Davis promptly left afterwards.

"They are an item on the quiet," the second source told the Post. "Derek and Hannah left separately, but she met up with him again later."

The duo was also seen together several times before Monday evening, as well, once at a Tampa Starbucks last December and again this past March at a restaurant in Tampa, Fla.

So who exactly is the new woman the shortstop is rumored to "have been seeing each other casually for several months," according to the Post?

According to Fashion Model Directory, Davis is a Virgin Islands-born model most famous for a campaign for Ralph Lauren's fragrance, Ralph Rocks. She also has worked for Victoria's Secret, Tommy Hilfiger and L'Wren Scott, known just as well for her clothing line as her long-term relationship with The Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger. Her bio states that she was first discovered by photographer Ginny Edwards before being signed to IMG Models and hopes to be "working with mentally handicapped children or a career in finance" in 10 years.

Jeter split with girlfriend of three years Minka Kelly last August, though they were seen together last December, rousing rumors that they were getting back together. Currently, the "Friday Night Lights" actress is the latest victim of a sex tape leak with another ex-boyfriend.

Previously, Jeter had dated the likes of Mariah Carey, Jordana Brewster, Vanessa Minillio and Jessica Biel.
