FOX is taking fans back to hell tonight, culinary hell that is. “Hell’s Kitchen” returns Wednesday, Sep. 10 for Season 13 and host Gordon Ramsay is back to put 18 new aspiring chefs through the ringer to see who comes out on top. The premiere will be a special two-hour, double episode premiere beginning at 8 p.m. EDT (the episodes will be interrupted by President Barrack Obama’s nationally televised remarks at 9 p.m. EDT).

The winner of “Hell’s Kitchen” receives the opportunity to become the Head Chef at one of Gordon Ramsay’s first class restaurants. Last season Scott Cummings won and became the Head Chef at the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. So, which contestant will take the prize this season?

Here are the 18 chefs who will compete in Season 13 of “Hell’s Kitchen.”

Bryant Gallaher

Gallaher is a 29-year old Line Cook from Virginia Beach, VA. His signature dish is Wild Mushroom Pork Roulade with Bousin Cheese Chipotle Grits, Brussel Sprouts and Tomato Bacon Cream Sauce.

Ashely Sherman

Sherman is a 29-year old Line Cook from Bethlehem, PA. Her signature dish is a Chipotle Chicken and Chorizo Deconstructed Taco.

Brian Santos

Santos is a 33-year old Sous Chef from Boston, MA. His signature dish is Skate Wing with Beurre Boisette with Sautéed Rainbow Swiss Chard and Pommes Tapées.

Frank Biloti

Biloti is a 26-year old Executive Chef from Staten Island, NY. His signature dish is Filet Mignon Bordelaise with Shallot Fig Chutney and Gremolata.

Janai Simpson

Simpson is a 24-year old Chef de Partie from La Grange, GA. Her signature dish is Lobster-Stuffed Lamb Rack.

Jennifer Salhoff

Salhoff is a 33-year old Private Chef from Philadelphia, PA. Her signature dish is Pan Roasted Striped Bass Succotash of Crab with Wild Mushrooms, Bacon, Fava Beans and Corn in a Spicy Charred Corn and Tomato Saffron Broth.

Sterling Wright

Wright is a 40-year old Grill Chef from Nashville, TN. His signature dish is Shrimp and Grits.

J.R. Robinson

Robinson is a 29-year old Private Chef from Washington D.C. His signature dish is Rockfish Tacos.

Sade Dancy

Dancy is a 25-year old Line Cook from Philadelphia, PA. Her signature dish is Pea and Mushroom Risotto with Goat Cheese.

Denine Giordano

Giordano is a 23-year old Culinary Student from Philadelphia, PA. Her signature dish is Chicken Parmesan.

Aaron Lhamon

Lhamon is a 28-year old Line Cook from Maynard, MA. His signature dish is Financier.

Roe Dileo

Dileo is a 33-year old Head Chef from Dallas, TX. Her signature dish is Kobe Filet with Bacon Braised Brussels, Whipped Sweet Potatoes and Sweet Cippolini Onion Jus.

La Tasha McCutchen

McCutchen is a 33-year old Kitchen Supervisor from Winter Haven, FL. Her signature dish is Grilled Watermelon Salad with Pistachio Pesto and Goat Cheese Mousse.

J.P. DeDominicis

DeDominicis is a 28-year old Kitchen Manager from Boston, MA. His signature dish is Boston Baked Haddock with Lemon Beurre Blanc, Fingerling Potatoes and Haricots Verts.

Kalen Morganstern
