Hilary Duff Pregnant, Shares Wedding Pics With Fans

Actress and singer Hilary Duff is pregnant. She shared her pregnancy with the public on Facebook and her official website on Sunday.

“We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives,” said Duff.

She also said it’s the one-year wedding anniversary of her and her hockey player husband Mike Comrie. “In memory of the special day, we decided to post some of our favorite pictures from our wedding,” said Duff. (To view the wedding pictures, click here).

Since her announcement, she has received a flood of goodwill from her fans.

“So it is amazing !! I wish you the best!! And those pictures are beautiful!♥ -big fan :-),” wrote one fan on her Facebook page.

“Congrats on expecting a little one! I'm so excited for you :-),” wrote another.

“aww yay!!♥ i feel so old when you say that!! it feels like yesterday i was watching lizzie mcguire and now your gonna have a baby,” wrote a third.

Duff, in turn, took to Twitter to thank “the wonderful messages everyone is sending.”

A child star who played Lizzie McGuire on the Disney Channel, Duff successfully transitioned professionally into a singer and actress.

She began dating NHL player Mike Comrie in 2007. In August 14, 2010, she coupled married in Santa Barbara, California.
