With a little over a month away until the kickoff of Houston Rodeo 2013, also known as the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, organizers of the largest event have released the lineup for the concert portion of the Texas festival.

Houston Rodeo 2013 performances start with Toby Keith on Feb. 25 and ends on March 17 with Randy Rogers Band, Martina McBride and George Strait, whose appearance at Reliant Stadium is part of his farewell tour.

The three-week event attracts an estimated two million visitors to the Houston stadium. Previous acts who took the stage at the rodeo include Miley Cyrus (as Hannah Montana), John Legend, Faith Hill and Big & Rich.

This year’s rodeo gets under way on Feb. 25 with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Parade, where Houston Texans stars Andre Johnson and J.J. Watt will serve as grand marshals.

“What a great way to kick off the Rodeo having two of our own great Texans football stars leading the way,” the event’s website states.

The parade kicks off at 10 a.m. Feb. 25 in downtown Houston.

The Houston Rodeo lineup of musical acts has a mix of country, pop, R&B and Tejano acts, although country makes up the lion’s share of performers at the nearly month-long event.
