Lorde’s appearance at Outside Lands 2017 will come just a few months after the release of her long-awaited second studio album, “Melodrama.” Backed by the single “Green Light,” the New Zealand singer teamed up with Jack Antonoff to create the album. Lorde also had a hand in co-producing all of the songs on the album.

Speaking with Pitchfork, the singer detailed her experiences during her time with Antonoff. “We’ve spent 18 months every day together working on this recording in his house. We wrote the song together. Oh God, it was just such a collaborative thing with him. He’s so wonderful and totally understands me and is such a great listener.”
