Things are heating up on Season 2 of ABC's "How to Get Away With Murder." Someone close to the Keating five, Annalise Keating's (Viola Davis) star students, could be in serious trouble after attempting to confront a murderer in episode 7.

Phillip (Jefferson White), the cousin accused of carrying out the killings in the Hapstall case during episode 6, resurfaced in Thursday's show and it appears Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) may be paying for that. According to the synopsis, released by ABC on Friday, episode 8 will once again focus in on Caleb (Kendrick Sampson) and Catherine (Amy Okuda) Hapstall's case, in which Phillip is now the main suspect. The network suggests the accused killer will make "a threatening move" during "Hi, I'm Phillip." Based on the title viewers can conclude that episode 8 will pick up right where the previous left off, with Phillip surprising Oliver in his home. Previews show Colin (Jack Falahee) frantically trying to get the rest of the gang on board with finding him after he goes missing from the apartment.

The synopsis also teases another shake up from ADA Sinclair (Sarah Burns). According to ABC, she may have finally found a way to end the on-going war between her and Annalise. The Hapstall case will also reach a turning point as the synopsis claims Caleb and Catherine will be pushed "to make a life changing decision."

"HTGAWM" airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
