Not long ago, HTC announced One M9 Prime Camera Edition in Germany. Following which, the Taiwanese tech giant has silently released a new variant of this handset under the name “One M9+ Prime Camera Edition.” This handset has currently been listed in the company website specific to India.

Speaking of price, the new HTC One M9+ can be purchased by shelling out 23,990 rupees (about $356) in India. However, at this point, there is no official information available to ascertain the availability of this variant outside India.

As far as the specifications go, the HTC One M9+ Prime Camera Edition features a 5.2-inch display, complemented by full HD screen resolution. Under the hood, this handset comes powered by a MediaTek Helio X10 processor and it is backed by 2GB of RAM.

When it comes to internal storage, this smartphone comes equipped with 16GB of native storage space, along with a microSD card slot to facilitate expansion. HTC has housed a modest 2,840 mAh battery cell onboard this One M9+ variant.

Furthermore, this handset sports a 13-megapixel rear-facing shooter, in addition to an UltraPixel front-facing sensor for selfies and video chats. Speaking of size, this mid-range HTC handset is apparently 0.96 cm (or 0.37 inch) and it weighs 168g.

On the software front, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS apparently runs the device out of the box with Sense UI on top of it. A frontal fingerprint sensor can be seen embedded on the home button.
