Rapper Tracy Lauren Marrow, better known by his stage name Ice-T, and his wife Coco Austin, will be welcoming their first child together, TMZ reported late Sunday. The 57-year-old rapper has two children from a previous relationship, but this would be the first child for Austin.
Austin, who has previously expressed her desire to have a child, has not yet confirmed the news. Ice-T and his 36-year-old model wife, were married in 2001 and recently revealed details about their new talk show, “Ice and Coco,” which is set to premiere on Fox channels from Aug. 3.
In 2012, during an episode of their hit reality show "Ice Loves Coco," Austin broke into tears after a doctor informed her that her blood pressure was too high to allow her to safely carry a baby. Last year, Austin revealed that she was taking prenatal vitamins to become a mother, Us Weekly reported.
"There's a lot of peer pressure for me," Coco once revealed to E! News, while talking about expanding her family. "It's not just my family that's giving it, it's the world…When the time's right, I will." Ice-T reportedly added: "At the end of the day, it's Coco's call. She puts in the order and I can do the deed."
