  • Ivanka Trump joined President Donald Trump and Melania Trump's two-day visit to India
  • Netizens lambasted Barron Trump's stepsister and told her to remind POTUS not to embarrass the Americans
  • A journalist called Ivanka Trump a 'fake' for, allegedly,  creating a public image that is very different from her true character

Ivanka Trump, aside from Melania Trump, has been considered as the female face of the current administration. Though the wife of Jared Kushner has been working very hard to create jobs and help drive economic growth through entrepreneurship, skills training, and workforce development, her critics continue to label her as a “useless” presidential advisor who loves photo-ops. Despite this, Ivanka continues to do her job and support her father, President Donald Trump.

In fact, Ivanka and Jared were among those high-ranking officials who accompanied the POTUS during his two-day visit to India. Prior to their flight to the second-most-populous city in the world, the mom of three took to social media to express her excitement for the upcoming state visit. Two years after joining @narendramodi at the Global Entrepreneurial Summit in Hyderabad, I am honored to return to India with @POTUS and @FLOTUS to celebrate that the grand friendship between the world’s two largest democracies has never been stronger!” Ivanka wrote on Twitter, Sunday.

Criticizers were quick to react to Ivanka Trump’s recent post. “Please tell your father not to embarrass us this trip...” a netizen penned in the comment section. “Nepotism is a marker of political and economic corruption. And disproportionately disadvantages women. Go home. Sell shoes,” Elise Viksaas said. “#GrifterBarbie World Traveller. On US Taxpayers dime,” another Twitter user stated.

“I remember when you went to Hyderabad, they put up fences between the airport and your hotel, so you wouldn’t see how the poor people lived. Maybe do one of your photo ops in a slum this time,” Lynn Wolff shared. “Remind me again,WHY THE HELL ARE YOU THERE AT TAX PAYERS EXPENSE,” a fourth netizen commented. “You're NOT qualified to sit on that chair, but having a father who's president helps!!! right?” another user added.

Ivanka Trump has yet to comment on these harsh remarks. To recall, the elder stepsister of Barron Trump flew off to Hyderabad City in 2017 for a Global Entrepreneurship Summit. During the said event, Ivanka met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who also hosted a grand dinner for the first daughter and other delegates at the Taj Falaknuma.

Meanwhile, Vanity Fair writer Emily Jane Fox, previously, called Ivanka “fake” and claimed she is, actually, “cooler, more interesting, funnier” in real life. The journalist who released the “Born Trump: Inside America’s First Family” book in 2018, added that Ivanka created a public image of herself that does not match her real characteristics.

“She curses like a sailor. She partied a lot when she was younger. She flashed a hot dog vendor when she was in eighth grade. She chain-smoked. Which is so opposite of the image she put out there,” Emily Jane, previously, told New York Times columnist Maureen Dowd. "What you're seeing now is the unmasking. She can't control the narrative anymore because she's so inauthentic. It has really come back to bite her,” she went on.
