Jennifer Garner shares another recipe that kids will surely love.

On Thursday, the "Peppermint" star took to Instagram to share her kale chip recipe. Garner confessed that she loves tortilla chips, so she makes this recipe as a healthy substitute for her favorite snack.

"Kale chips are my [check]," Garner wrote. "I bet your kids like them."

According to the "Tribes of Palos Verdes" actress, the ingredients include kale, olive oil, salt and parmesan cheese, but the latter is optional. Kale grows in Los Angeles all winter, and she recommended Dinosaur, but all types of kale work.

Follow the instructions below:

1. Pick, clean and dry the kale.

2. Cut the rib out of the center of large pieces. Then coat it with olive oil and add salt. Add grated parmesan, if you like.

3. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and stick it in the oven preferably on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet.

4. Start checking it periodically at 15 minutes, but wait until it's crispy, which is likely around 25 minutes.

However, one will likely get remnants stuck in his teeth. Garner hilariously showed this in one of her snaps and even added the hashtag "#toothpicksaremust." The "Love, Simon" actress' followers were very excited to try it. Other said that they have tried and loved it too.

"I love kale chips and love to make them too!" one Instagram user wrote in the comments section.

"Yummy!! I like doing the same thing with a head of organic Romaine," another follower commented.

"I'll wait to summer to grow some, here in snowy Canada," a fan said.

Just recently, Garner also shared a funny video of herself reading and singing nursery rhymes with the "Peppermint" crew. Ben Affleck's ex roamed around the set and encouraged everyone to sing their favorite nursery song or share their favorite rhymes.

Garner read nursery rhymes with the stuntman, camera operator, set assistant, production master and director Pierre Morel. She also shared a short scene with her stunt double, Hayley Wright, and complimented the latter for "looking cool."

In other news, Garner has been romantically linked with Josh Duhamel. In fact, there are rumors that her "Love, Simon" co-star has already met her kids. In addition, the "Safe Haven" actor has reportedly been spending most of his time at Garner's Pacific Palisades mansion lately and even brings his son with him. But according to Gossip Cop, the reports are not true.
