But again, Lopez fell victim to yet another wardrobe malfunction when her breast popped out during a performance in Italy on Thursday. During her concert at the Unipol Arena in Bologna, Lopez was performing a high-energy dance when her sheer bedazzled bodysuit slipped, causing her nipple to peak out, as seen in photos published at UK’s The Mirror.

Concert-goers said the singer didn’t flinch and kept on performing after covering herself up, the newspaper reported. Perhaps maybe because this isn’t her first time?

In February, the singer sparked a sensation online when a possible wardrobe malfunction occurred while she presented the Oscar for costume design and makeup with Cameron Diaz. In one camera shot while she was presenting the Oscar, a camera man caught view of her breast popping out of her low cut sheer white Zuhair Murad gown. The incident spawned a new fictitious Twitter handle “JLosNipple” and caused a series of questions on the Internet, prompting her stylist Mariel Haenn to respond.

“The Oscar dress was custom made for Jennifer by designer Zuhair Murad,” Haeen told EW. “The dress fit perfectly to her every inch. There were cups built in and there's no chance that there were any how do you say? 'Slips.'”

In June 2011, Lopez made an appearance on German television that resulted in a wardrobe malfunction on live television, which, of course, has its own YouTube video.
