Jessica Simpson's baby name has been leaked and reports are that the singer and her fiancé Eric Johnson have decided to call their little baby girl Maxwell, or Maxi for short.

A friend reportedly revealed the baby girl's name to In Touch weekly.

The magazine also reported that Maxwell is Johnson's middle name, and also his grandma's maiden name. Simpson told Elle that she and Johnson opted to have a nontraditional baby name for their little girl.

Jessica wanted a name with meaning, the friend told the magazine.

Simpson has been reportedly been spotted wearing a necklace with a diamond M pendant. It is believed that the piece of jewelry is in honor of her baby.

E! Online reported that Ryan Seacrest asked Simpson about the M pendant but she didn't spill about the baby name.
