Jessie James Decker shut down rumors that she altered photos she shared on social media showing her kids sporting abs.

Jessie and her husband, Eric Decker, took their three children — Vivianne, 8, Eric Jr., 7, and Forrest, 4 — to Mexico for a Thanksgiving getaway this week.

The "Dancing with the Stars" alum gave fans a glimpse of their "Decker style" vacation by sharing on Instagram a snap of their kids in their swimwear.

The photo garnered mixed responses. Many of her followers applauded her kids' "ripped" bodies. However, some criticized their physiques as "strange" and "weird" and suggested that Jessie Photoshopped abs onto her young children's bodies, which did not sit well with the celebrity mom.

"From one mother to another. Please don't call my children's appearance strange just because they don't look the way you think they should? It's unkind," Jessie responded to one critic on Instagram.

"It's a sad world we live in today when having healthy fit kids who are super active, play sports [and] build muscle naturally is 'weird,'" she wrote, responding to another commenter.

The country star also clapped back at a third commenter who suggested she heavily edited the pics, writing, "Yeah I used an 'ab' app on my small children wtf."

But many others were impressed with the physiques of Jessie's kids and found them inspiring. Some joked that they needed to improve their own workout regimen.

"These abs on these babies, tho!!! I gotta step my game up! Lol," Kelly Rowland commented. Jack Arnold added, "Can they give me their workout routine please?"

"What are you feeding these kids? I need their diet plans for my own kids lol," another parent wrote.

Jessie credited her daughter's six-pack abs to her passion for gymnastics. "She loves it and puts her heart into it," the singer said.

The Decker family's vacation came after Jessie was eliminated from "DWTS" Season 31 in the Michael Bublé-themed episode.

She admitted that she was sad after she was sent home but acknowledged the positive side of it, which was being able to reunite with her children.

"Obviously it was a disappointment because I wanted to keep trucking along, but everything's meant to be," Jessie told Page Six.

She added, "I've been struggling with [the competition], and this past week, [dance partner Alan Bersten] knows, this was just heavy on my heart. I couldn't help it, but the first thing that popped in my mind was, 'Well, the silver lining is I get to be home for trick or treating.' That was something that was very important to my kids."

Jessie also hinted that her NFL star husband might appear on the series and show off his dancing skills one day.

"Eric's a really good dancer," she told the outlet. "He takes direction well, he's very competitive and I can see him doing it. I think he'd be good."
