Jon Gosselin has paid the $180,000 he took from the couple's joint account over to his lawyer Friday.

Jon's Pennsylvania based lawyer sent an e-mail to Kate Gosselin's lawyer confirming the receipt of payment, TMZ reported.

Kate is also expected to return $55,000 to the couples account for money she claims was spent on household bills.

The Jon & Kate Plus 8 reality show couple were divorced in June and have since been battling legal issues.
