Josh Hartnett, Tamsin Egerton Attend Wimbledon, Chat With Royal Couple

Josh Hartnett and pregnant girlfriend Tamsin Egerton attended the Wimbledon Tennis Championship and got to chat with the royal couple.

Hartnett and Egerton were spotted Wednesday at Wimbledon in London, where Egerton was already showing a slight baby bump. This is the first time the Hollywood couple has stepped out since announcing their pregnancy news last week, reported E!News.

The “Penny Dreadful” actor looked suave in a navy suit, checkered shirt and tie. The British actress had her hair tied back in a high ponytail and was wearing a sleeveless floral dress, partnered with royal purple heels. During the match, the two had the chance to meet Prince William and Princess Kate. One photo even showed Hartnett in a deep conversation with the Duke of Cambridge.

The mom-to-be seemed to enjoy their Wimbledon outing, taking to Twitter to share her experience: "I had the most fantastic day today! Congratulations to Murray! #Wimbledon.”

The two met while filming “The Lovers” in 2010. Romance rumors surrounding Hartnett and Egerton only started in 2012, and a year later, the couple confirmed their relationship. Not much is known about the lovebirds, but it may be intentional since the “Pearl Harbor” actor has no interest to share his life outside of Hollywood.

In an interview with USA Today two months ago, the actor revealed that he intends to keep his personal life private. “I think a lot of people give it away for free. I think if you spend too much time courting people's attention into your personal life, you lose your ownership of it," said Hartnett.

Meanwhile, the couple announced their pregnancy news last week and the two seemed thrilled that they’re expecting. But months before that, Hartnett already hinted that he’s ready to start a family. During the actor’s interview for Playboy’s May issue, the actor admitted he’s been thinking about children and fatherhood. "I'd have to get a car that's safe for my kid. I don't have a kid yet, but that's the idea coming into my head these days," said Hartnett.
