Teen sensation Justin Bieber is allegedly the father of 3-months old love child and the baby's mother, 20-year old Mariah Yeater claims her son was the result of a brief sexual encounter she had with Bieber at a Los Angeles performance last year. However, the singer has denied this allegation saying he has never met Yeater and has also agreed to take a DNA test to prove it.

Last week, Yeater claimed that she has filed a paternity suit in San Diego Superior Court, saying Bieber fathered her 3-month-old son. She has also hired a paternity law expert, Jeffery Leving, to help her win this lawsuit.

In an interview, Yeater told The Insider host Kevin Frazier the detail of her brief sexual encounter with Bieber, saying We went, and on the walk to wherever his destination was, he asked, or he was telling me, that he'd like to make love to me, all sweet and cute and touchy, and then when we got to, it turned out to be a bathroom, his whole demeanor changed. It went from cute and gushy to, just, more aggressive.

However, a source who worked with Bieber told The Insider, I had my eyes on him the entire night, this incident did not happen!

Even Bieber and his colleague have denied Yeater's allegation. But Yeater still insists that she has evidence to prove Bieber is her child's father.

Meanwhile, Bieber has agreed to take a DNA text to prove he has nothing to do with the alleged son. But currently Bieber is in Europe and may take the paternity test after two weeks.

In addition, Bieber has also denied Yeater's story, vehemently claiming that he has never met Yeater.

I'd just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true, he told Matt Lauer on Today show. I know I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim.

I think it's crazy because every night after the show, I've gone right from the stage right to my car, Bieber added. So it's crazy that some people want to make up some false allegations, but to set the record straight, none of it is true. Never met the woman.

Bieber had also released a statement last week saying, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims.

The singer also tweeted, so I'm going to ignore the rumors ... and focus on what is real. An opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love y'all!

It's not that Justin or his attorneys expect to get a dime out of Yeater, said one of Bieber's close buddies on Sunday. it's just to send a message to people who might think about trying to pull a stunt like this on a famous celebrity in the future.

According to reports, Bieber is planning to file a lawsuit against Yeater for making false allegations and has hired a high-profile posse of lawyers.

No one knows who is telling the truth right now. What do you think? Is Bieber really a daddy or is Yeater lying to get her hands on Bieber's money? Leave your comments below. (Click Start to see the photos of Bieber and Yeater)
