Justin Bieber has talked about the kind of woman he wants to have in his life. The 21-year-old, who split from girlfriend Selena Gomez in 2014, recently said he wants someone who is “very attractive.”

“I want someone who’s confident in herself and honest,” Bieber told Seventeen magazine in a recent interview. “I have to find her very attractive and as someone I can see myself with for the rest of my life." The “Baby” singer added that he needs a “healthy relationship” with someone with whom he can feel safe, who is not judgmental about him.

Since breaking up with Gomez, Bieber has not missed a chance to praise her. For example, Bieber said at the recent Met Gala in New York City that Gomez looked great at the event, although the pair were not seen together there. [Gomez, the “Heart Wants What It Wants” singer, wore a beautiful Vera Wang white backless gown.] Bieber was spotted taking selfies with Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne and Hailey Baldwin.

Bieber also debuted a new look on the cover page of the magazine. With his subtle blonde hair in place, the actor wore a serious look. In photos by Anthony Mandler, the singer is seen lost in his thoughts. He wears white sneakers and an olive green jacket.

Also in the interview, Bieber talked about his past mistakes and wild behavior. He confessed that he was “rebelling a little bit” and was “getting cockier and cockier” because he did not have people around to keep him in line. Bieber also added that he has “disappointed” himself in the past. The pop singer is making a huge effort to tell people that he is a changed person now -- and sorry for his past transgressions.

The singer also told the magazine that it is important for people to own up to their mistakes and be remorseful. Bieber said he wants to be an honest person and told his fans that “those mistakes aren’t who I am.” Instead, he is “someone who really cares about people.” Check out his Seventeen magazine photos here.
