Justin Bieber and rumored new girlfriend Sofia Richie reunited just in time for the latter's birthday.

The two were spotted celebrating Richie's 18th birthday at Doheny Room in West Hollywood, according to People. The “Sorry” singer and Lionel Richie's daughter reportedly did not arrive together but left the club in one car. Some onlookers also reportedly said that the two were not close to each other while inside the club, perhaps as a way to not get attention.

The release of photos of Bieber and Sofia's reunion comes a few days after Bieber was spotted multiple times with a model named Bronte Blampied while he was in Europe. The two were first seen in public together after the “What Do You Mean” singer's stint at V Festival, according to Mirror.

While Bieber has yet to comment on rumors linking him to Nicole Richie's sister, the reunion might mean that the two are actually an item. Bieber's ex, Selena Gomez, also hinted that Sofia is the “Love Yourself” singer's new apple of the eye.

Fans and spectators were surprised when Gomez chimed in on Bieber's tension with his fans. Bieber threatened to make his Instagram account private after fans posted vicious things about his rumored lady love. Gomez commented on Bieber's photo and said he should not have been posting photos of his girlfriend if he didn't want the attention, according to The Daily Beast.

The two traded jabs a couple of times — Bieber accused Gomez of using him for attention, while Gomez revealed that Bieber cheated on her “multiple times” — before things went silent. Gomez appeared to have apologized via Snapchat, saying what she said was “selfish and pointless.” Bieber pushed through with his plan to keep his personal life private, but instead of locking his account, he deleted it entirely.
