Kailyn Lowry Instagrams Tummy Tuck Scar During Vacation With Javi Marroquin And Joe Rivera’s Sons

“Teen Mom 2” star Kailyn Lowry took to Instagram to post pictures of her vacation with her sons. She has 7-year-old son Isaac from a previous relationship with Jo Rivera, and 3-year-old son Lincoln from her failed marriage to Javi Marroquin.

Lowry, now pregnant with her third child, shared multiple snapshots of her vacation to the St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands to social media.

“Coki beach & the people were so good to us! needless to say, the kids are so happy & tired out,” she captioned one. “Baby Lo & I are in St. Thomas! No filter needed,” she said in another.

In one shot, she held Lincoln and put her arm around Isaac. But the beautiful turquoise water in the background was not able to distract some Instagram users from Lowry’s burgeoning baby bump — and something else.

For the photo, Lowry wore a bikini. It dipped low enough that some followers could see her tummy tuck scar. While some people tried to call her out for getting plastic surgery, others reminded the naysayers that Lowry wasn’t secretive about going under the knife.

In fact, Lowry Snapchatted her entire plastic surgery makeover in January 2016. She had a Brazilian butt lift, liposuction and tummy tuck done by renowned Florida surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer, who is best known as Dr. Miami.

She defended her decision to get plastic surgery in her book, “Hustle & Heart,” which hit bookstands in November. Even after she joined Crossfit and ate healthy, she wasn’t able to get her body to look the way she wanted to. “It was clear there was only so much I could do to change the shape of my body,” she said.

“I care how I look. I knew that being satisfied with my outer appearance would give me the confidence I needed to face the world head on. For me, the things that I wanted to change about my body were nagging little distractions from the deeper missions I wanted to work on,” she wrote. “My decision to get plastic surgery came down to one simple thing: I'm human.”

Lowry wrote that she struggled with eating disorders and low self-esteem.

“This is rarely something you ever completely get over,” Lowry wrote about the negative feelings toward her shape. “It's nice to think that the ultimate goal would be to feel totally at peace with my body, whatever it looks like. But in reality, that's something that has to be maintained continuously.”

Since her book, Lowry hasn’t commented on her figure. Instead, she focused on her sons while on vacation. “If you look closely, see all the iguanas in the background,” she said on Twitter about one beach picture.

Lowry seemingly wrote a cryptic tweet about Chris Lopez, the father of her third child. The two are not in a relationship. “It's better to be the girl that gets ‘crazy’ than the girl that stays dumb,” she tweeted.

She confirmed her third pregnancy in February. “Having another child is something I am so happy about and I just can't wait. My boys are so excited, those who love me are so excited, and I hope that everyone can just be happy for me during this time,” the MTV reality star blogged at the time.
