Kim, Kourtney and Khloé, the core family members of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” are filming their annual vacation, but they're having some technical difficulties in this year’s location, Page Six wrote in an exclusive report Friday. Although the family is loving Cuba for the culture, they're not pleased with the lack of internet service.

Specifically, the famous sisters are unhappy they cannot use the disappearing-photo/video app Snapchat. “They’ve had an issue every two seconds about not having Internet. They complained they couldn’t get on Snapchat. They’re frustrated and they can’t wait to leave,” an insider revealed. “They love the culture, but they don’t like the technology.”

Inconveniencing them further, the reality stars finally went to a place where no one knows them. They’re having a hard time getting people to sign release forms. “They don’t have reality TV in Cuba — the Kardashians aren’t a big deal,” the source told Page Six. “They are like, ‘Who are you, why are you filming?’”

Unlike Page Six's source claimed, the family is enjoying their trip. They were aware internet connection would be spotty through Fidel Castro’s walls before they got there.

“If there are any issues, they are production issues,” a rep for Kim told Page Six. “The ladies don’t have any issues and are having a great time. They knew there wouldn’t be Internet service before they came.”

Joining the three Kardashian sisters for the Cuba vacation is rapper Kanye West, his daughter, North, and Kourtney’s children: Penelope and Mason. Her youngest, Reign, might have stayed behind with family and friends. The same probably goes for Kim and Kanye's youngest, Saint, who was born in December.

Pictures showed the Kardashian children are having a fabulous time in Cuba. They smiled widely during an outing to an amusement park in Havana, photos posted by the U.K.’s Daily Mail revealed. They held out their hands while on an old-fashioned carousel, accepting high-fives from Kim.
