Looks like Nebula is definitely playing an integral part in Marvel’s upcoming movie “Avengers: Infinity War.

Scottish actress Karen Gillan, who played the daughter of Thanos (Josh Brolin) and the villain of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1,” will reprise her role as the blue-colored character in “Infinity War.” She shared a photo her sporting Nebula’s signature face alongside Marvel legend, Stan Lee. No doubt Lee is set to make a cameo in the third movie on the Avengers.

The “Jumanji” actress and filmmaker had announced in February that she would take a break from editing “Tupperware Party” in order to appear in “Avengers: Infinity War.” Many “GOTG” characters are going to appear in the Marvel movie including her father Thanos, who plays the villain, and sister Gamora (Zoe Saldana).

In fact, the upcoming “Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 2,” which releases on May 5, will explore Nebula’s relationship with her father. He caused her a lot of pain. Additionally, the movie will also explore her relationship with Gamora.

However, at this point, it is unclear whether Nebula will be working for or against Thanos in “Avengers: Infinity War.” Perhaps the ending of “GOTG Vol. 2” will give us more insight into Nebula’s feelings.

Gillan is currently busy filming for the “Infinity War” movie. She posted a screenshot of her alarm on Instagram. The 29-year-old red-haired actress woke up at 2:30 a.m. for shooting.

Although “Infinity War” will have several “GOTG” characters appear in the movie, they do not play a huge role. However, their part is integral to the film’s plot. The Guardians are a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and they are certainly a part of Thanos’ story.

In “Infinity War,” Thanos gets his hands on the Infinity Stones which makes up the Infinity Gauntlet. He uses this to destroy the universe. It’s up to the Avengers to stop the villain from destroying the world.

“Avengers: Infinity War” hits theatres on May 4, 2018. “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” releases on May 5.
