Kate Gosselin and Jon Gosselin's feud continues.

On Tuesday, police were called to an orthodontist's office after Kate and Jon had a verbal argument, Entertainment Tonight reported. The exes reportedly argued over the custody of one of their 13-year-old daughters.

Kate and Jon are parents to 16-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn and 13-year-old sextuplets Aaden, Collin, Joel, Leah, Alexis and Hannah. Kate has full legal custody, while Jon shares physical custody of their eight kids. They split in 2009.

"The call came in at 1:10 this afternoon for a verbal domestic argument ... over the custody of one of their 13-year-old daughters," the spokesperson said. "No one was arrested and the daughter did go home with the father after she expressed that was her desire to do."

According to the spokesperson, the lengthy argument stemmed from Kate and Jon having conflicting versions of their child custody agreement. The estranged couple read their version of the order, and both believed that they should have had custody of the child on that day.

The police referred the matter to the country district attorney, who reviewed the order. The district attorney said that "the order was sufficiently vague to interpret who was supposed to actually have custody today." As a result, they had the court system determine who was supposed to have the child on certain days.

Kate and Jon have never been amicable after they broke up. Last year, Jon claimed that his estranged wife kept their son Collin from him. However, she explained that their son was fine and that he was being treated for educational and social disorders outside of their home, assuring that Collin was not missing. She revealed that Jon had not been present for most of Collin’s struggles, so it was not surprising that he disassociated with his father.

Meanwhile, in an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jon revealed that he has not seen all of his kids together in three to four years. The only ones he regularly sees are Hannah, Leah, Joel and Aaden, whom he believes stick together to be with him. "Everybody used to come to my house," Jon told ET. "You know, it was great, and then Madelyn and Cara just stopped coming, around 12-13 [years old]. I didn't question it. I was just like, 'Hey, do what you want, be with your friends' and then it just became they're not coming."

Jon added that he doesn't really talk with Kate and that they don't go anywhere together.
