Kate Gosselin, Jon Gosselin Feud Affecting Kids? ‘Kate Plus 8’ Star’s Ex-Husband Says Kids ‘Stuck In The Middle Between Us’

Jon Gosselin opened up about his ex-wife Kate Gosselin and their children in a recent interview with Steve Harvey. Jon reportedly said that he has not seen all of his children with Kate together for years and believes that his strained relations with the reality TV star is affecting their children.

“Most of the time, I get four,” the 38-year-old former reality TV personality told Harvey, when asked about co-parenting with Kate. “I haven’t seen all my kids together in about three years. I only get what I get.” According to Jon, “whoever comes down the driveway, that’s who I get.”

Jon and Kate have eight children together —15-year-old twins Mady and Cara, and 11-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel.

“With my custody ... I pull to the gate and whoever comes down the driveway, that’s who I get,” Jon said, according to Radar Online. “I’m not privy to any information. I don’t know who I’m gonna get.”

He added: “I haven’t seen my son in a year and a half. I don’t know why. I can’t talk to him. Nothing. Zero. It’s like stopgaps, stopgaps, stopgaps. It’s very frustrating.”

Kate and Jon ended their ten years of marriage in 2009. Since their split the two have been at war with each other.

“We don’t co-parent,” Jon told Harvey of his relationship with Kate, 40, during the interview, which is set to air Monday. “Theres’ no co-parenting. I parent; she parents. At one point in time I’d love to co-parent but I just don’t see it happening. So now the kids are stuck in the middle between us.”

This is not the first time Jon has spoken out publicly about his disagreement with how Kate handles their eight children. In the past, Jon bashed Kate in the media as rumors circulated that the latter was verbally and sometimes physically abusive to the children.

Kate is currently filming her TLC reality series, "Kate Plus 8," once again where she showcases her life as a single mother raising eight children. She is dating millionaire businessman Jeff Prescott. The two were first seen together in October 2014 when Kate was in New York City filming an installment of "Celebrity Apprentice." In 2015, Kate and Prescott confirmed their relationship.
