Kate Middleton has debuted a new gold necklace dedicated to her three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

On Tuesday, Sept. 22, the Duchess of Cambridge headed to London's Battersea Park, where she met with parents who were struggling to cope during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the photos from the outing, Middleton can be seen sporting a gold chain link Daniella Draper necklace that featured a sweet tribute to George, 7, Charlotte, 5, and Louis, 2: three dangling charms engraved with the letters “G,” “C” and “L.”

Prince William's wife layered the necklace with a second double-strand piece from Spells of Love, a demi-fine jewelry company operating from a small studio in Wales.

The duchess, 38, was dressed casually in a white puff-sleeve Ralph Lauren top, rose-colored cropped trousers from Marks & Spencer and white Superga trainers, Vogue noted.

During the outing, Middleton spoke to parents who are struggling emotionally during the lockdown and have received support from various volunteer groups such as Home-Start.

The mother-of-three also talked to two women who provided peer to peer mom support for the National Childbirth Trust (NCT), Evening Standard reported.

“It’s good being able to listen and being listened to while being off guard. It is so important for your emotional wellbeing,” the duchess told mothers Nalini Sadai and Jessie Brett. “With your experiences, it’s so important that you’ve been through it. Without what you are providing, that form of relationship, you can feel so isolated. You should be very proud.”

Meanwhile, Middleton’s sister-in-law, Meghan Markle, has also used jewelry to pay tribute to her and Prince Harry's son, Archie. Last year, the Duchess of Sussex attended Wimbledon sporting a gold necklace with the letter “A” pendant from Verse.

Markle sports an eternity ring dedicated to her husband and son as well. The eternity ring was gifted to the former actress by Prince Harry on their first wedding anniversary.

“On May 19, 2019, Harry also surprised his wife of one year with the gift of a ring that he had created with jeweler-to-the-stars Lorraine Schwartz, a favorite of Meghan’s,” authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand wrote in “Finding Freedom.”

They continued, “The conflict-free diamond eternity band paid homage to the family of three with Meghan’s, Archie’s, and Harry’s birthstones (peridot, emerald, and sapphire, respectively) on the underside of the ring.”
