Kate Middleton sure knows how to rock a Ralph Lauren jersey dress.

The Duchess continued her stylish week, joining her husband, the Duke of Cambridge, on a visit to a homeless shelter in London. The Duke arrived in equally casual attire, donning a royal blue sweater with cords.

The visit comes two days after the royal couple glammed up for The Sun Military Awards, held at the Imperial Museum. The Duchess glowed in a black strapless Alexander McQueen gown, while the Duke wore a black suit with a bow tie.

Wednesday's visit to the Centrepoint Camberwell Foyer included the couple, both 29, joining a culinary class and watching a talent show performance, according to People.

William has been long involved with Centrepoint, dating back to the days of his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales. In 2009, he spent one night at the shelter with a charity executive.

It is one of the prince's oldest patronages and is particularly dear to his heart. He has been keen to show the Duchess the charty's work in action, a source told The Daily Mail.

It will be the first time she has visited a project of this kind in this country and she has been looking forward to it immensely, the source added.

Centrepoint has provided shelter and aid to more than 72,000 homeless young people in London and beyond since 1969. Each year, the organization connects with more than 1,300 between the ages of 16-25.

Since their fairytale wedding in June, Kate and William, both 29, have been under close watch by the public and royal enthusiasts -- especially surrounding the Duchess' rumored pregnancy.

The Duke and Duchess are expected to spend Christmas at Sandringham House, the royal family country home.
