A lot has changed since Season 11 of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” but it seems Scott Disick is still up to his old tricks. The father of three has struggled with anxiety, depression and substance abuse for quite some time and, according to previews for an upcoming episode of the E! Reality show, he’s still fighting.

Sunday’s episode of “KUWTK” will center around the family’s February trip to New York to attend Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 3 presentation, according to a sneak peek shared by the network. The entire Kardashian-Jenner family — along with a few special guests, like Lamar Odom and Scott — was expected to be in attendance, according to the clip.

While en route to Madison Square Garden, Kourtney Kardashian learns that her baby daddy won’t be coming. She shares with Kendall, Kylie and Caitlyn Jenner that Scott is afraid attending will only lead to more press exposure and rumors about their relationship, which ended in July 2015. In a one-on-one interview, Kourtney expressed her disappointment, telling viewers that Scott “always has a million excuses.”

“I think Kim [Kardashian] will be disappointed that Scott isn’t coming to Kanye’s show,” she said. “He always has a million excuses; and sometimes it’s like, ‘It’s too overwhelming.’ And I get it that it’s a huge day, but we’re all here to support Kanye.”

Despite Scott’s best efforts, he continues to make headlines. On April 28, it was reported that the entrepreneur was dating Australian model Megan Blake Irwin. The rumored couple was spotted spending time together in New York and again in Los Angeles. People magazine reported that Scott and his possible girlfriend grabbed dinner with friends before heading to 1OAK for a night of partying. They were seen on what appeared to be another dinner date upon returning home to L.A.

While Kourtney and Scott still have differences to work through, the pair remain close for the sake of their children. On April 1, the former lovers pranked fans via Snapchat. Kourtney shared a video of herself hunting around the house for her younger sister, Kendall Jenner. When she finally finds the model, Kourtney sees that she is in bed with an unidentifiable stranger who turns out to be Scott. The prank was, of course, in response to continued rumors that Scott and Kendall are hooking up behind Kourtney’s back.

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EDT on E! Check out a preview for the episode here.
