Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are reportedly selling off their $4 million home in the Tarzana area of Los Angeles. After Khloe filed for divorce from Lamar on Dec. 13, the marital property, which is under both their names, has now been put up on the private market.

Despite the split, Khloe and Lamar are reported to be maintaining a cordial relationship and the two “are still speaking on the phone. Not a lot but every so often,” E!Online reported, citing sources. “They are still working out some logistics and things are friendly between them. They will always have a deep affection for one another.”

According to reports, Khloe is excited for the fresh start that’s come to her. “You only live once so let’s make that one time perfect. We can’t fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let’s have fun. You get what you give out in life,” she told Cosmopolitan UK in an interview.

Lamar is also reportedly relieved to have found closure and is looking forward to focusing on other things in life. The lives of his children, Destiny and Lamar Jr., are a major priority for the former basketball star, who is planning to get back into shape and make a return to the NBA in early January.

Khloe is rumored to be dating LA Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp.
