Kim Kardashian talked about baby names and dealing with her new body -- and she denied that her child with Kanye West will be named North.

Last week, it was reported that Kardashian’s rapper boyfriend wanted to name their child North, as “North West” would make a humorous name. Other reports have claimed the name will begin with the letter K.

Kardashian addressed the latter rumor with "Extra" over the weekend. “I think it would be really cute, because Kanye and I are both Ks, but half the names on our list aren't Ks. We still have time, [so we'll do] whatever feels right.”

Kardashian added that West "wants something that's unique." The reality star also spoke about the tabloids and how they have exaggerated her weight gain.

"There are maybe two or three covers just this week that say I am 200 pounds. I'm like, 'You are 60 pounds off here!'" she said laughing. "It wouldn't even bother me if I gained all the weight. And I have the biggest sweet tooth, and I love junk food. Being pregnant I don't like any of it."

Kardashian also admitted that being pregnant is not easy. "I'm not going to lie and be like, 'Oh, it's been amazing and I've adjusted great,'" she told "Extra." "At the beginning, it was tough for me when your body changes so much, but once you kind of grasp that and embrace it, it's amazing."

She added that she has also lightened her workload, after a pregnancy scare earlier this month.

Kardashian was rushed to her doctors in tears after fearing she had a miscarriage.

When she arrived in Los Angeles, Calif., following being in Paris for Fashion Week with West, the New York Post’s Page Six reports that she became worried about her child.

“Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris and called friends as soon as she landed,” a source said. “She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.”

It was later confirmed that she did not have a miscarriage, but her doctors warned her to stop exercising as strenuously as she has been and to sleep more. Kardashian explained to "Extra" how her routine has changed since. "I kind of split up my days. I'll do half a day of work, and then I'll do half day of really just resting and taking care of myself," she said. "But I haven't been tired at all."
