Kim Kardashian faked scenes about Kris Humphries on her reality show, it has been disclosed in court documents.

Russell Jay, a producer on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," said in a 165-page deposition that there are at least two scenes that were “scripted, reshot or edited” to put Humphries in an unflattering light after Kardashian decided to divorce the NBA star.

One scene Jay said was scripted was when Humphries had a party in his hotel room, and Kardashian was furious since she was out of town at the time. Apparently, she wasn't out of town, but was actually in the hotel at the time and knew about the party.

“They set Kris up to look like a jerk,” a friend said, according to Radar Online. “Anyone who loves someone would not team up with their production team to make them look like a fool on TV.”

Humphries' legal team is seeking to lodge a fraud case against Kardashian.

The couple was married 72 days before splitting up.

In January, the reality TV star offered Humphries $10 million to stop pursuing an annulment of their marriage, according to Radar Online. Humphries wasn't interested.

“Kris flatly rejected the offer because it has never been about money for him,” the unidentified source said. “He wants to be able to marry in a church again, with a clear conscience, when he finds someone special.

"Kris is deeply religious and he believes that the only way he can do that is if his marriage to Kim is annulled. Kris wants to move on with his life just as badly as Kim does – he is constantly getting heckled by NBA players and fans – and he just wants to be able to close this disastrous chapter in his life once and for all. If Kim would just agree to grant him the annulment, they could both move on with their lives.”

Kardashian previously said she wasn't interested in an annulment and has denied she married Humphries under false pretenses for publicity.
