It has barely been two months since the star couple, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, had a fairy tale wedding, meticulously designed to perfection. However, rumors are circulating that the reality TV star and her basketball player husband are already contemplating a divorce.

The Star magazine has been spinning rumors that Kardashian has already consulted a divorce lawyer, quoting an unidentified source who spotted her near a top lawyer's New York office. The report claims Kardashian has had enough of Humphries' excessive partying since he is out of job due to an NBA lockout.

Kardashian is also rumored to be fed up with Humphries getting flirty with women and acting like a single man.

Kris takes other girls' cell phone numbers all the time, a source was quoted by the Star. To be honest, I don't think Kris truly loves Kim. And I don't think he ever really did.

Apparently all of it is part of an exercise to spread a completely bogus story. The story's top lawyer Robert M. Wallack has already said that he has not met with Kardashian to discuss any divorce.

I didn't meet with her and I am not representing her. I wish Kim and Kris a long, healthy and happy marriage, Wallack told the New York Post.

Earlier the Star had twice claimed that the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, was pregnant with twins. However, the claims proved to be false after a spokesman for Clarence House, the office of Prince William, told Us Magazine that, this is a load of rubbish.

The rumors mills churned relentlessly at the Star, when they did a cover story on the allegedly impending $290 million divorce of actors Ashton Kutcher and his wife for six years, Demi Moore. It has been almost a month since the rumors surfaced, but no one officially acknowledged that the couple was splitting. Kutcher also admonished Star in his tweet: STAR magazine - you don't get to stand behind 'freedom of press' when you are writing fiction.
