When she arrived in Los Angeles, Calif., on Tuesday, following being in Paris for Fashion Week with boyfriend Kanye West, the New York Post’s Page Six reports that she became worried about her child.
“Kim started feeling ill on the plane from Paris and called friends as soon as she landed,” a source said. “She was rushed to her doctor Tuesday night in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.”
It was later confirmed that she did not have a miscarriage, but her doctors warned her to stop exercising as strenuously as she has been and to sleep more.
"Kim’s not respecting her pregnancy,” an insider told Page Six. “She’s running around, working out seven days a week. She’s working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.
She’s scared that her ass is as big as a couch and is going south,” the source continued. “But she is having a very rough pregnancy, and doctors have ordered her to slow down.”
“For me, I’ve found that I’ve gained inches and I’ve gotten wider but my belly hasn’t popped yet, so I struggle finding things that don’t make me look heavy,” the reality star wrote. “Some days, my baby bump really shows, and some days it doesn’t ... so I never really know what I’m going to look like.”
Though Kardashian is trying to maintain her workout regime during her pregnancy, she admits that it is not easy. “I was so lazy but had to get that workout in! I'm so not a night workout person,” she tweeted last month before she headed to the gym.
A big motivation for her seems to be not wanting a double chin. “Can't sleep & I'm googling double chin exercises! I'm petrified to get one,” Kardashian wrote on her account recently.
Kardashian went on to discuss dressing during pregnancy on her blog, saying, “At this stage, I guess I’m more focused on concealing the weight gain than I am about dressing the bump, just because it hasn’t popped yet.”
Since her New Year's pregnancy announcement, Kardashian had been keeping her developing pregnancy curves covered, hiding baby "Kimye" behind wraps and tied jackets.
