Kim Zolciak may have just undergone major surgery, but she's not letting that hold her back from spending time with her husband and kids. The "Don't Be Tardy" star went under the knife for heart surgery on Oct. 27 after suffering from a ministroke, or trans ischemic attack (TIA) as it's called in the medical field. Just weeks after surgery Kim, 37, is back with those she loves and seems to be having a blast.

According to TMZ, she and her family recently jetted to Mexico to celebrate her and huband Kroy Biermann's fourth wedding anniversary. Photos surfaces showing the happy couple, along with daughter Brielle Biermann, soaking up the sun in Cancun, Mexico. Kim and Kroy, 30, were even spotted kissing while floating in the ocean water. She uploaded a few photos of her own from the trip, one of which showed her and her man locked in a sweet embrace. In the caption she wished Kroy a happy anniversary, calling him "the love of my life." Kim also uploaded a video of her wedding ring in which she revealed to fans the reason for their trip, calling herself "lucky."

Kim's heart surgery occurred on Oct. 27. After the procedure was complete the former star of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" took too Instagram to share a selfie and update fans on her condition. She said the surgery had been "a success," adding that she was excited to get back to feeling one hundred percent.

The mother-of-six suffered a TIA on Sept. 23 while returning home to Atlanta after "Dancing With the Stars" practice. Kim revealed to Instagram followers that the entire left side of her body had gone "completely numb" and her "speech was gone." She was quickly rushed to the hospital by friends and family members who were present at the time. Kim assured fans she was feeling much better after her medical emergency, but still had a long road ahead of her.
