Although Kylie Jenner’s Instagram posts typically range from sultry to humorous, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star recently shared a supportive post in honor of her best friend Jordyn Woods.

Woods revealed Thursday morning that her father lost his battle with cancer on her Instagram and Twitter accounts. On Thursday afternoon, Jenner posted a photo of herself snuggling up to Woods. “My Fire Ox, My Brother, My Soul Sister. Give Jordy & her family some support and prayers right now,” Jenner wrote.

The makeup maven later declared her love for her best friend, letting her know she feels her pain. “I love you the long way @jordynwoods. The other half of me .. When you cry I cry,” the E! Network star wrote.

Woods said a sweet goodbye to her father by posting a photo. “Last night heaven Got Another angel. My Daddy. Just two short weeks ago he was diagnosed with cancer and by that time it was too late,” the Wilhelmina model wrote.

Woods went on to thank supportive fans during her hard time. “I appreciate everyone’s kind words and it means the world to me. It still doesn’t feel real,” she said.

Woods first tweeted about her father’s passing, writing, “You’re finally free daddy.”

Both Jenner and Woods have documented their close friendship throughout the years, the model has made several appearances on the E! reality show and even attended Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s wedding in 2014.
