Lakers' Kobe Bryant Hurts Wrist, Questionable for Season Opener
Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant has torn a ligament in his right wrist in Monday's preseason game against the Los Angeles Clippers and is considered day-to-day, according to the club.
Bryant has not been ruled out of the Lakers' regular-season opener against the Chicago Bulls on Sunday.
Just from what our trainer (Gary Vitti) tells us, I'm going to hold him out tonight, head coach Mike Brown said on Wednesday.
Though Bryant practiced with the injury on Tuesday, he sat out Wednesday's shootaround after experiencing pain on the top portion of his hand.
