Startinf from MArch 18, Lil Wayne will hit the road again for his I Am Music Tour II, after an year long stint in jail. He will be accompanied by Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Travis Barker and Mixmaster Mike.

The New Orleans MC announced the dates for his March tour, which will cover 25 cities and open in Buffalo New York and will go on to Chicago, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Houston and Atlanta among others.

The tour is the sequel to his previous outing in 2008-2009 that grossed over $40 million, according to Billboard stats.

After his release from prison , Lil Wayne has quietly gone about putting his career back on track with video appearances on DJ Khaled’s Welcome to My Hood and his own 6 foot 7 foot. He also collaborated with Nicki Minaj’s on her Roman’s Revenge 2.

Lil Wayne was arrested for weapons possession and awarded a one year sentence in 2009. He released an album I am not a Human Being while in prison.

Tickets for his forthcoming tour go on sale on February 4 through Live Nation.
