Anybody who’s ever worked in customer service will be able to appreciate this phone call from a very irate customer.

According to Gawker, the caller dialed an unidentified security systems company after they missed a scheduled appointment. After getting the runaround for three straight hours, the caller’s anger reached a boiling point.

After finally reaching a customer service rep named Mark, the caller unleashed a verbal assault that will go down as one of the most epic customer meltdowns ever captured on tape.

The audio was uploaded to YouTube by a user on Reddit, who claimed it was “the worst customer service call from a company I used to work at. The company would not be happy I’m doing this, but it belongs on the internet.”

“The call happened about 4 years ago,” the Reddit user wrote. “Mark, the customer service rep, no longer works for the company. Allegedly, the company took some type of legal action against the customer and now he can't call the company anymore. The call started being circulated through my department and the company used their magic to delete it from everyone's email, so I don't think they'd be happy that I still have it.”

On YouTube, the anonymous user laid out the context of the call. “It sounds like the original issue was that the company missed an appointment,” the person wrote. “Somehow the issue escalated to where a Michelle (probably a supervisor in a department who could do more to help) was made aware of the situation. She called him and left a voicemail and then probably went home. When the customer called back and tried to reach her or her department, because they had gone home, he kept being rerouted to the customer service/technical support department. After over 3 hours of it, he had had enough. This is his epic meltdown.”
