“Little Women Atlanta” Season 4 is still underway and while one cast member on the series is still very pregnant, off camera, it turns out she has been keeping a major secret.

On Wednesday, Lifetime star Tanya Scott announced that not only has she given birth to her baby girl, but she actually delivered the child over the summer.

Tanya’s rep told Entertainment Tonight that the star gave birth on July 15, 2017, to a little girl named Tahirih Tehanna Rose Scott. Tahirih, whose father is Tanya’s ex-boyfriend Nicholas “Nico” Cobb, weighed 6 lbs., 10 oz at birth and was born in Atlanta, Georgia.

The reality star, who is already a mom to son Jaidan and daughter Luna, gushed over finally being able to confirm the arrival of her little one.

“I’m so thrilled to have a healthy, happy baby girl! And to finally be able to show her off to the world,” she told ET.

“With all the risks of being a pregnant little person, I’m grateful that I faced no complications. I’m excited to see all the ways Tahirih will change the world. Average or little, she will be a force to be reckoned with,” she added.

On Season 4 of the series, Tanya has been preparing for a home birth in order to deliver her baby girl naturally. However, there were concerns about health risks because doctors typically perform C-sections when a little person gives birth.

Although it is unclear if Tanya delivered her baby naturally, the extended promo for the season shows Samantha “Sam” Ortiz receiving a call that Tanya was rushed to the hospital and that “it’s getting worse.”

Even though she insisted on delivering the baby in her home, Tanya was warned that she could end up in the hospital due to the many complications that can happen to a little person during natural birth.

While Tanya’s statement reveals that she had no complications, fans will have to wait and see if she got to fulfill her dream of a natural birth.

“Little Women Atlanta” Season 4 airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
