Manchester United travel to Bucharest to face little-known Romanian club Otelul Galati in group play action at Stadionul National on Tuesday.

Coming off their draw with Liverpool at Anfield, Sir Alex Ferguson will likely insert contentious forward Wayne Rooney into the starting 11, along with dynamic goal-scorer Javier Hernandez, as both forwards were on the bench in the Red Devils' last match.

Ferguson welcomes back centre back Nemanja Vidic to the squad, but will rest Rio Ferdinand, in a move that shows how important the most anticipated match of the season will be when United host Manchester City on Oct. 23 at Old Trafford.

Tom Cleverley (foot), Darron Gibson (shoulder) and Rafael (ankle) continue to be sidelined for the Otelul match, but Ferguson generally has a very healthy squad.

Considering United only have two group points, Ferguson will be looking for a victory against the Romanian club. Otelul have two losses in two games against Basel and Benfica, losing by a combined scored of 3-1.

Known as the Steelworkers, Otelul host their Champions League matches at the National Stadium, but their regular home stadium only has a capacity of 13,500.

Otelul has few players on their squad with international duty, so they will be rested and organized for the United match. However, that may speak volumes about their talent level.

The club is led by 26-year-old striker Marius Pena.
