Stevie J has finally responded to Joseline Hernandez’s claims that he allegedly inappropriately touched his 6-year-old daughter Eva. The music producer and “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star filed for a temporary restraining order saying that he believes Joseline is trying to ruin his reputation by making the wild accusations.

TMZ reported that Stevie filed for the document Wednesday and was granted the temporary restraining order. His estranged “wife,” who’s pregnant with her first child, must stay at least 200 yards away from him. The outlet said in the documents Stevie called Joseline “volatile” and “jealous.” He also said that she’s filed with an “evil sense of revenge” because of their breakup. Both Stevie and Joseline announced in May that they had called it quits.

In an angry Twitter post this month Joseline said that Stevie is supposedly the father of her baby. The rapper also lashed out at him for allegedly molesting Eva, whom he shares with fellow “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Mimi Faust. “You worship the devil not God should I tell them that too? You are a devil in disguise! Should I tell them that. You fantasize about sleeping with your own daughters should I tell them that??? Should I take a detector test on that too?? Trust me and believe you will never see your kid. … Your weak you’re a kid your an abuser,” she wrote.

Joseline’s claims against Stevie first surfaced last month when she reached out to Oprah to ask the former talk show host if she could share her side of the story. “@Oprah let me come tell you my story. Sick men have to be put under the jail when there is Lil girls involve. Sick devilish man should under [sic],” she tweeted.

Mimi’s estranged niece also made similar claims against Stevie and even went as far as to say that Mimi knew about the alleged molestation and didn’t do anything about it. Mimi responded to the reports sharing a screenshot of an article that said the claims made against Stevie are absolutely not true. “At least some journalists are responsible enough to research the real story #WhenTwoNutBagsCollab @hitmanstevej,” she wrote.
