Although they may have had a fight on the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: New York” Season 7, it looks like Yandy Smith and Juju are still friends.

On Tuesday, Yandy took to Instagram to promote the release of Juju’s new book. The VH1 reality star posted a video of herself in Jamaica heading to the pool to read the book. “Enjoying this read on this beautiful morning. Go cop my girl’s book www.secretsofajewel.com. You will surely think you’re a character,” she wrote.

In the last line of the caption, it seems like the “Love & Hip Hop” star was making light of an earlier incident involving a misunderstanding between herself and Juju.

In episode 12 of the VH1 series titled “Cancun,” Juju gave Yandy and a few other friends a peek at her upcoming book, “Secrets of a Jewel.” While reading through the book, Yandy notices that one of Juju’s stories relates a little too much to her personal life.

The chapter Yandy is referring to in Juju’s book, which is published under the name Juliet C., tells the tale of a woman who tries to ruin a relationship, a situation Yandy remembers sharing with Juju. Yandy previously told Juju that Mendeecees Harris’ baby mother Erika DeShazo created a fake Instagram spilling dirt on Mendeecees and tagging Yandy in an attempt to break them up.

When Yandy confronts Juju about the similarities she denies that the chapter is about her, but Yandy doesn’t believe her. In the end, Juju walks away, and it looks like their friendship is over. However, seeing as Yandy is promoting the book, the two clearly came to some sort of understanding.

“‘Secrets of a Jewel’ is a series of stories, featuring a collection of short, inspirational tales and unembellished truths about women,” is stated on the official website of the book. Each chapter tells the story about ordinary women and their relationships followed by advice on how to deal with the individual situations.
