Manchester United brought down the famous banner hanging from the Stretford End of Old Trafford, meant to display the number of years it had been since their neighbors, Manchester City, had last won a trophy.

Since City won the FA Cup against Stoke City at Wembley during the weekend, the banner, which had reach 35, has been brought down.

There was some confusion even after City's triumph though, with suggestions saying the ticker be increased to 43 to signify the last time City won the league title, or even stay as 35 to mark their bought title.

However, the banner has been bought down though it is unclear what replacement will take its place in the final Premiership game against Blackpool on Sunday.
