NEW YORK - Manitoba Telecom Services Inc sold C$200 million (US$190 million) 10-year notes, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters on Wednesday.

The 5.625 percent notes were priced at $99.909 to yield 5.637 percent, or 233.9 basis points more than the Canadian government benchmark.

The notes, which are due Dec. 16, 2019. were sold through the investment dealer arms of Royal Bank of Canada and Bank of Montreal. (C$1=$1.05) (Reporting by Pam Niimi; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
