The Mannequin Challenge has quickly taken over the Internet, and the Season 23 cast of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” is the latest to jump on the trend. Pro dancer Val Chmerkovskiy posted an Instagram video showing everyone from the cast to the crew freeze framing in place for what turned out to be an epic Mannequin Challenge.

In the video, seen below, several of the cast members and crew are seen frozen in different poses on the ballroom floor. Olympian Laurie Hernandez is doing a headstand, Maksim Chmerkovskiy seems to be reading a script, Jana Kramer is taking a selfie with her “Dancing With the Stars” partner Gleb Savchenko and Keo Motsepe is holding a camera. Witney Carson is also spotted among the crowd striking a pose as another dancer holds up a camera like she’s taking a selfie. As the camera pans the room of statuesque dancers, Rae Sremmurd’s “Black Beatles” plays in the background.

Eventually, the cast breaks out of their freeze frame positions and start dancing around the ballroom as the song blasts through the speakers.

The “Dancing With the Stars” cast aren’t the only celebrities to do the Mannequin Challenge. Kelly Rowland posted an Instagram video of her, Beyoncé and Michelle Williams doing the challenge, and players from the New York Giants also shared a video of their re-enactment of it. Basketball player Stephen Curry and his wife, Aisha Curry, also did the Mannequin Challenge getting an entire restaurant to participate with them. You can watch their video here.

According to several outlets, the Mannequin Challenge was started last month by Twitter user @pvrity_. Since then, dozens and dozens of videos have popped up online of people participating in the challenge.

While the “Dancing With the Stars” cast were able to take some time out of rehearsing to do the addictive Internet craze, Monday night it will be back to business as the remaining couples take on Showstoppers Night. Ahead of the episode airing, Terra Jolé took to Instagram to tell fans that she and partner Sasha Farber had changed some things in their dance, but she was excited for everyone to see it. “Changing a lot of things this week, new hair, new flips, new dance!!! @sashafarber1 has challenged me physically and creatively more than any other week on @dancingabs,” the “Little Women: LA” star wrote. “Can’t wait to share our dance with everyone! #teamxl #dwts.”

“Dancing With the Stars” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
