Marcus Jordan, the younger son of Michael Jordan, was arrested over the weekend in Nebraska for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing.
Jordan was reportedly in Nebraska to support a friend at the Olympic swimming trials, but got extremely intoxicated on Saturday night and became hostile toward two women in front of the Embassy Suites. A uniformed off-duty police officer approached Jordan and tried to intervene in the argument, but he was uncooperative and multiple police officers were needed to arrest him.
The senior guard at Central Florida is no longer in custody, according to the Omaha World-Herald.
He tweeted on Monday morning about his friend, Conor Dwyer, signing autographs for fans at the trials, but has yet to publicly comment on the incident.
