Margaret Thatcher refuses to see Sarah Palin

The Los Angeles Times reports that Sarah Palin requested an audience with former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher when she takes her One Nation tour to the UK on her way to the Sudan in July.

I am just hoping Mrs. Thatcher is well enough to see me as I so admire her, Palin told Britain's Sunday Times.

Aides to Thatcher told Fox News that the lady rarely meets with people anymore because she's been in such bad health. However, an anonymous source told the Guardian that Thatcher would not meet with Palin because she believes Palin is nuts.
