Who knew “Suicide Squad” star Margot Robbie was such a huge fan of “Harry Potter”? The gorgeous actress revealed to New York Magazine that she even took the sorting quiz and tried to manipulate the answers because she badly wanted to be placed in Gryffindor.

“Now, I’ll never truly know what I would have got. But since the Sorting Hat takes into account the house you want to be in, maybe I would have ended up in Gryffindor anyway,” she said.

Still, Robbie said she would have been happy just to be in Hogwarts, regardless of what house she’s in (except maybe Slytherin). “It’s not that bad. I would be quite happy with Ravenclaw and I’d be quite happy with Hufflepuff,” she said.

What she loved best about the books is how they described the feasts in the Great Hall. “I think it would just smell like cooking all the time. Or it could smell like pine needles at Christmastime when Hagrid is bringing the Christmas trees in. So I think wood fires, pine needles, and, like, all those comforting magical smells,” she said.

Speaking of scents, Robbie revealed that she chose to wear a specific scent for her character Harley Quinn in “Suicide Squad.” Since Harley is obsessed with the Joker, Robbie asked Leto what scent he liked. But he gave a peculiar answer - brains, dirty socks and dead fish. In the end, the actress decided to go with her gut feeling.

“I decided I wanted her to smell kind of sickly sweet. I didn’t want a subtle scent at all, I wanted one that made you very aware that she’s wearing it. I went to a drugstore in a strip mall and bought really cute, tacky perfume that was so sweet it would give you a toothache,” she said. “It was very Harley to me. It was cute. It was fun. It was unapologetic.”

Robbie loves talking about scents now, especially since she just became the new face for Calvin Klein’s Euphoria perfume, according to Elle.

Aside from that, the actress will be busy working on a Harley Quinn spin-off movie. The Independent reported that Robbie will also serve as a co-executive producer for the film.
