Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon reunited to celebrate Halloween with their children and close friends. The party is said to have taken place at a rented $15 million Los Angeles mansion and the guest list was far from sparse. In fact, among the many famous folks in attendance was James Packer, Carey's current boyfriend.

According to E! Online the party kicked off without a hitch. The home, which the 45-year-old "Infinity" singer rented off Airbnb, was decorated to the nines. There was a dance floor, festive cocktails and a delicious menu which featured both real food and, of course, candy. Guests were dressed in their Halloweens best. Carey wore a floor length leather gown with a large top hat, while her current beau, Packer, 48, kept it simple and classy in a "Phantom of the Opera" style mask. Carey and Cannon's kids, Monroe and Moroccan, decided to go matchy-matchy, both dressing as different variations of Batman while their dear old dad, 35, rocked a Hulk mask. According to reports the co-parents had no trouble getting along, even with Packer's presence.

"Mariah and Nick got along great and were super friendly towards one another," a source told E!.

The couple often reunites for the sake of their two young children. In April 2015 Cannon and Carey spent Easter Sunday hunting for eggs at the Bronx Zoo with their children. Photos from their time spent together suggest the pair have no issues getting along post-split. In fact, they were both all smiles as they ran around with the twins.

Cannon and Carey were married for six years before calling it quits in December 2014. According to TMZ, Cannon filed the divorce papers. Stories circulated for many months suggesting the couple were headed toward divorce, though they vehemently denied there was any truth to those claims. Carey is thought to have started dating Packer in June 2015. The pair were seen spending time together in Capri, Italy, which was the spark that ignited rumors of a potential romance.
