Mariah Yeater, the 20-year-old woman from California who alleged that teenage music sensation Justin Bieber fathered her child, said the singer, during a sexual encounter in a bathroom, told her that he was a virgin.

The Daily Mail quoted Yeater as saying that Bieber told her it was his first time, before taking her backstage at his Los Angeles concert last October. In an affidavit, she also claimed that during the concert Bieber's security guard approached her, asking if she wanted to meet the singer before escorting her backstage.

It was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone. I agreed...and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time, the Daily Mail quoted Yeater as saying.

The report went on to state, according to Yeater, that Bieber led the couple into a bathroom where immediately his personality changed drastically. Yeater also claims that her sexual encounter with Bieber was brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds.

Yeater recently filed a lawsuit against Bieber, claiming the singer was the father of her three-month-old baby.

While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations, said Bieber's representative to Us Weekly, countering Yeater's allegations.
