Market falls, led down by healthcare

U.S. stocks fell on Wednesday, with healthcare shares among the biggest drags on the S&P 500 index.

The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> was down 17.98 points, or 0.16 percent, at 11,099.08. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> was down 4.63 points, or 0.38 percent, at 1,202.54. The Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> was down 9.50 points, or 0.38 percent, at 2,490.81.
