Meet model Elisa Sednaoui. She has been chosen as the face of Roberto Cavalli's new fragrance.

Sednaoui dishes to Vogue UK on her new gig.

Like the Cavalli house, I feel I have a tiger inside, said Sednaoui. I'm blessed and very grateful to have the opportunity to be the face of the Roberto Cavalli fragrance, it's a real honour.

But, this girl was certainly not plucked from obscurity.

Oh, no. In fact, she has led quite a charmed life, reports the Huffington Post.

The Italian model is Christian Louboutin's goddaughter, best friends with Karl Lagerfeld, a staple in the fashion party circuit, and has blessed good looks.

Sednaoui has already appeared in ads for Giorgio Armani and Karl Lagerfeld. She has been in editorials for Harper's Bazaar and posed for Victoria's Secret.

She is also a noteworthy actress, having starred in French films and set to appear opposite Vincent Gallo in the upcoming film, The Legend of Kaspar Hauser.

Being the face of Roberto Cavalli's new fragrance is just the cherry on top of an already delicious sundae.

The Daily Front Row writes that the fragrance will be released in February and the campaign will be shot by photographer Steven Klein.

Cavalli reveals a little insight into why he chose Sednaoui to represent his new perfume.

Elisa is self-confident and she has an amazing personality, said the designer. She has got this animal side, she is enthusiastic, really sexy with a stunning body and hypnotic eyes. She is the woman every woman would like to be, so she is the real Cavalli woman.
